The photo is of two kids and their mom. They have a photo of their dad behind them who was killed in the “Collateral Murder” video by US Army soldiers. He was the driver of the van that was shot up. He was a “Good Samaritan” in that he was attempting to help another man on the street who was also shot by the US Army. The two kids were in the van.

I continually point out that the only act of love in the “Collateral Murder” video was what Ethan McCord did, by taking those two kids out of the van to safety. However, the US Military refused to give medical care and passed them off to a local hospital.

The photo below is the wound the boy has to live with. Perhaps this was the shot through the windshield that was described as “nice”.

The “Collateral Murder” video was leaked to Julian Assange by Bradley Manning. You once stated that I should distance myself from Julian Assange. My answer still today is a simple NO!

I have publicly questioned for years “Is Manning the next McCorvey”, referring to Norma McCorvey, the Roe in Roe v. Wade, that ended her life a rather changed woman who claimed to be “100 percent pro-life” and embraced the mercy of Jesus Christ. I don’t count out Bradly Manning or Julian Assange as candidates to receive that gift and therefore I will not distance myself from them. How about you?

Do you have the attitude of the US soldiers who said “Well it’s their fault for bringing their kids into a battle”?

Do you write the kids off because their mom wears a hijab?

Do you look at all of them as human beings created in the image of God and love them?

I choose the latter. There is strong evidence we don’t share this.
