Log_Status

The Log_Status consists of an always present Main part and optional parts.

The Main part is limited to the five values and is typically all that is required. The optional parts are typically only used for clarity.

The optional parts are separated by unique characters, ‘,’, ‘-’, and ‘;’ to allow for only one of the options to exist and be distinguished. The order is always the same: “, - ;”.

Main	Description
None	Status has not been determined. This typically only occurs during internal processing.
OK	Normal successful completion.
Bug	An internal operation should not have occurred and probably due to a coding error. Typically a bug file is generated.
Error	Something invalid occurred. An example might be a malformed message is received.
Fail	A normal but not successful completion. An example might be a request for data that is exhausted.
