The issue at hand was the amount being requested of me does not match what is required of me. The hearing only addressed if with the data used the calculation was correct. As previously stated, there is no challenge on that from me. It is the data used for the calculation that is in question.

Since I have had zero income since mid-last year, considering only calendar 2023 can we agree on what the monthly rate should be? My calculations, using minimum wage for me, populated in your form is below. $486 is more than the minimum variance from the current $888.

Assuming this is correct or near correct, then the two payments made this year of $519 and $1990, which again is to remind my wife of May 19, 1990, would cover the first five months of this year.

There is then the arrears amount. Obviously there are numerous issues with how that was calculated, but it seems a review of that is not in the offering. Therefore, can you state the amount due as of the end of 2022?

There also remains the issue that if I am paying for three of my kids care, some form of habeas corpus might be applicable. It has been over six years since my last communications with my kids or any information provided. Are they alive??? Am I paying for kids that exist? If not, this is simple theft. It is in no way showing love or care for our kids to deny them their dad.
