While the deadline was midnight and my wife sent an email 10 minutes before that, since it is still before business hours, perhaps this will be helpful. In any case it is set before you and public like the previous email at: http://Kozlowski.org/Promise,Gov-2023-04-25+2

My focus remains reconciliation, but that takes both parties. I do so because I remain wholeheartedly in love with my wife and as a follower of Christ I can do no other. Both ideas were once reciprocated by my wife, but as her email suggests, no longer applicable to her. This breaks my heart.

Is there an inconsistency issue here when it is described unfavorably that our 19-year-old son’s income was used to support our family, but somehow honorable when our 17-year-old daughter does the same.

While my wife lays out some facts that are true, there are some that are questionable. But it seems to be an appeal to emotion, not evidence relative to the state required payments. If we deal with emotions then consider the day a gentleman offered to buy the HSNC.com domain from me for $10,000. Without hesitation or other thought, $1,000 was immediately sent directly to my wife. This process had to come to a stop as it became clear that loving my wife directly was of no benefit as the state did not have record of it.

As stated previously the law of God clearly does not matter anymore to my wife and those around her. Love no longer applies. So if we look to the law of the land only, then apply it as claimed. My wife signed a document stating that “the right to send mail to the child while the other parent shall not open or censor.” (http://Kozlowski.org/Gov-2012-10-30+11). Considering the mail sent to my kids is not only is censored but returned, this seems like a clear violation of what my wife signed and unloving to our kids.

The same document also states “the right to unimpeded telephone conversations with the child at least twice a week at reasonable times and for reasonable durations.” Since it has been almost 7 years since I have spoken to my kids with now 1,688 unanswered calls, it seems my wife is in violation of what she signed and is unloving to our kids.

The bottom line is that I am seeking reconciliation with my wife and kids. Clearly my wife is actively attempting to thwart that. I ask her to keep the promise she made, do the loving thing for our kids, and return to obedience to Christ such as the blatant 1Co7:11. I love her, and I won’t give up on her.
