George, Happy Birthday! You remain invited to visit me.
A review of Friday’s voicemail and Saleh Tomal and his family: Anhlam, Sajad, Duaa.
My Lady, George, and family, I love you all!
George, Happy 21st Birthday! Your Dad Loves YOU!
Last Friday’s voicemail was long at 90 minutes, covered some family history, went rather deep into Scripture, and set a challenge to any who are Christian more than just in name only.
It was put on DVD and sent to you, Jim Cross, Render Caines, and Chris Bitterman. Do you think any will spend the time to watch it, or will they do the cold and heartless thing and ignore it?
George, it was your dad’s attempt to point you to obedience to Christ. Clearly that is not lived out by those in front of you as there is no grace offered. I am trying to offer that grace.
You were again directly invited to visit me. This would be a serious challenge to both you and me. I also expect it would be a fantastic blessing.
1Co 4:10 We are fools for Christ's sake, but you are wise in Christ. We are weak, but you are strong. You are held in honor, but we in disrepute. To the present hour we hunger and thirst, we are poorly dressed and buffeted and homeless, and we labor, working with our own hands. When reviled, we bless; when persecuted, we endure; when slandered, we entreat. We have become, and are still, like the scum of the world, the refuse of all things.
